Vextila Pro (the "Application") is a native macOS application developed by Vextila. This Privacy Policy explains how the Application handles your data.

1. Data Collection

The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, usage data, or analytics. All data you create, save, or capture within the Application (including text prompts, photo references, screen captures, tags, ratings, and library metadata) is stored exclusively in a local CoreData database on your Mac.

The Application has no telemetry, no crash reporting, no analytics framework, and no network requests for data collection. It does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any form of user profiling.

2. Data Storage

All data resides on your local device. The Application uses Apple's CoreData framework to persist your library. You have full control over your data: you can create manual backups, export screenshots, transfer your library between Macs, or delete the entire library at any time.

3. Third-Party Services

The Application itself does not communicate with any third-party servers for data processing or storage. License purchases are processed in cryptocurrency (for example USDT or ETH) through our payment provider (Nicky). The checkout page asks only for your email address and name, which are used solely to deliver and verify your license key. Vextila does not receive or store any payment information, wallet addresses, or blockchain private keys.

4. Internet Connection

An internet connection is required only to download the Application and to purchase a Pro license. The Application functions fully offline once installed and licensed.

5. Your Rights

Because no personal data is collected by the Application, there is no data to access, correct, delete, or transfer. Your library content is entirely under your control through the Application's backup and export features.
