These Terms of Service govern your use of Vextila Pro (the "Application"), a native macOS application developed by Vextila. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these terms.

1. License

The Application is distributed as a one-time purchase. Upon payment, you receive a lifetime Pro license that unlocks the full feature set. Licenses are non-transferable and tied to a single user.

All payments are processed exclusively in cryptocurrency (for example USDT or ETH) through our payment provider. After the payment is confirmed on the blockchain, the license key is delivered to the email address you provide at checkout.

2. Beta Pricing and Lifetime Updates

During the public Beta period, Vextila Pro is offered at a discounted Beta price, 50% off the future launch price. Purchases made while the Beta discount is active include all future updates for free, for life.

During the Beta period, purchases are accepted exclusively via cryptocurrency payments. By completing a purchase you confirm that you understand how to use cryptocurrency wallets and that blockchain transactions are final and irreversible.

After the Beta period ends, the price will increase, and the terms of sale for new customers may change. These changes do not affect users who purchased a license during the Beta discount: their lifetime license and free updates remain valid exactly as purchased.

3. Trial Period

Before purchasing a Pro license, you may use the Application in trial mode. Trial mode grants access to the full feature set with limitations on the number of saved items. This allows you to evaluate the Application before committing to a purchase.

4. No Refunds

All purchases of Pro licenses are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the Application during the trial period and are satisfied with its functionality. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, compatibility issues, or any other reason.

5. No Data Collection

The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, usage statistics, or analytics. All data created and managed within the Application resides exclusively on your local device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Vextila be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
